Respect Others: Treat teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents with respect at all times.
Value Diversity: Embrace and celebrate differences among teammates, including varying skill levels, backgrounds, and perspectives.

Fair Play: Compete honestly and adhere to the rules of the sport.
Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions, both on and off the track. Acknowledge mistakes and learn from them.
3. Commitment
Team Attendance: Attend all practices and competitions unless there is a valid reason. Communicate with coaches about any absences in advance.
Effort and Dedication: Give your best effort in practices and competitions. Strive for personal improvement and contribute positively to the team's success.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude, both in victory and defeat. Celebrate your achievements and those of your teammates.
