Accountability
Take responsibility for your actions during practices, competitions, and team activities. Acknowledge mistakes and learn from them.

Team Attendance
Athletes are expected to attend all practices and competitions unless there is a valid reason. Absences must be communicated to the coaching staff in advance.

Effort and Dedication
Athletes are expected to give their best effort during practices and competitions. Personal improvement and contributing to the success of the team are essential expectations.

Positive Attitude
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude during both victories and defeats. Celebrate your accomplishments while also recognizing the efforts of your teammates.

Support Your Teammates
Encourage and support fellow athletes during practices and competitions. A strong team culture depends on positive support and unity.

Open Dialogue
Communicate respectfully with coaches and teammates. Athletes and parents should feel comfortable addressing questions or concerns in an appropriate manner.

Address Concerns Promptly
If issues arise, they should be communicated directly with Coach Keeta so that they can be addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Prioritize Safety
All athletes must follow safety guidelines during practices and competitions. Injuries or unsafe conditions should be reported to a coach immediately.

Medical Clearance
An injured athlete may not return to competition without a written clearance from a medical professional. This policy protects both the athlete and the team.

Healthy Choices
Athletes are expected to make responsible decisions regarding nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness to support their performance and health.

Embrace Learning
Athletes should remain open to feedback from coaches and teammates. Growth and development are essential parts of being an athlete.

Set Goals
Athletes are encouraged to work with coaches to set personal and team goals and strive to reach them through discipline and consistent effort.

Be a Role Model
As a member of CTX Flames, athletes represent themselves, their teammates, the coaching staff, and the community. Athletes are expected to conduct themselves in a way that reflects positively on the team at all times.

Parents and spectators are an important part of the CTX Flames community. Families are expected to support the team by maintaining respectful behavior during practices, competitions, and team events.

Parents should allow coaches to coach. Instruction, event placement, and training decisions are the responsibility of the coaching staff. Sideline coaching or directing athletes during practices or competitions is not permitted.

Parents are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship toward coaches, officials, athletes, and other spectators at all times.

Athletes and parents represent the CTX Flames program both in person and online. Negative comments, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward teammates, coaches, officials, or other programs on social media will not be tolerated.

All members of the program are expected to represent CTX Flames in a respectful and responsible manner when posting online or interacting in public spaces.

Failure to follow these expectations may result in disciplinary action consistent with the team Code of Conduct.

Failure to follow the CTX Flames Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action. This may include warnings, loss of meet participation, suspension, or removal from the team depending on the severity of the situation.
